Attorneys

Jeremy Logsdon, Grayson County Attorney, was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2008. He is the former First Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the 46th Judicial District. He focuses his efforts on criminal prosecution, county government advisement, guardianship, and Casey's law matters.
Mr. Logsdon also serves on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky County Attorneys Association (KCAA) and in 2025 was appointed by Attorney General Russell Coleman to the first-ever Child Support Advisory Council (CSAC).

Dr. Joseph "Joe" Harris, serves as the First Assistant County Attorney. Dr. Harris leads the prosecution team and runs the Child Support Division. Prior to entering the legal field as a civil attorney, Dr. Harris was a well-respected Licensed Physical Therapist. "Joe", as he is belovedly called, brings great wisdom, patience, and an unmatched work ethic to the office.

Erin Craddock Vocke is a third-generation prosecutor who handles all Juvenile Prosecution matters, Dependency Neglect Abuse cases, and a myriad of other matters involving children and families. Her knowledge in the "Juvenile Court" is not only reflected in our courts, but also as a member of the Editorial Committee for the 2024 "Kentucky Juvenile Delinquency Manual for Prosecutors." She also serves as Assistant Breckiniridge County Attorney.

Isaac Calloway was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in October of 2025. Mr. Calloway graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School, where he received the Sturgill Fellowship. Prior to his legal career, he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Political Science and a B.S. in Business Administration from Brescia University. Mr. Calloway prosecutes criminal cases and assists the other attorneys in their respective duties.

Substance Use Disorder
Casey's Law is a mechanism that uses the court's power to potentially order a friend or family member to under go short term or long term drug rehabilitatoin. If you have a son, daughter, family member or friend that is unwilling to address their alcohol or drug addiction you can come to us to help you before it is too late. We will meet with you, explain the court process and the associated costs.


Criminal Complaint Applications
Criminal charges are largely brought by law enforcement, however, a victim of a crime may apply with our office by Criminal Complaint Application by supplying us with all evidence, reports, etc. We are not able to investigate these matters, so we must have sound, objective evidence sufficent to bring charge(s).


Guardianships & Conservatorships
Often times in life, a family member or friend will not be able to take care of themself or manage their finances due to age, health condition, or mental condition. They may refuse to accept the fact they need help with their personal affairs or financiall affairs. We are happy to meet with you concerning a loved one and explain the process, the court costs, and help you prepare all needed documents to begin the case. This avenue is also available for the parents of children or young adults with special needs who have or are about to turn 18 years of age.


EPOs/DVOs/IPOs/ECOs
We provide the forms for you to use to apply for a number of Protective Orders. We do not represent you in these matters, but we will help you understand how to fill them out and submit them to the Court for you.
You may also obtain these forms at the Grayson Circuit Clerk's office, or at any law enforcement office after hours.


Child Support Collection
Our office contracts with the Attorney General's office to collect child support for local families. Feel free to contact us to apply for child support at 270-259-4200.


Bad Check Collection
Our office prosecutes and collects restitution for bad checks written to businesses in the county.


Insurance Monitoring
Being charged with No Insurance 1st Degree
carries a $500 minimum fine. Our Insurance Monitoring program allows that fine to be probated in exchange for a $30 monthly monitoring fee (12 months) and gives the community the benefit of ensuring you have insurance.
